02 Technical Definitions
For a comprehensive understanding, it is necessary to define the technologies used on our platform:
Cookies (HTTP)
Alphanumeric text files stored on your terminal. They allow your lending session to be remembered, avoiding the need to re-enter your information at each step of the simulator.
Tracking Pixels
Invisible fragments of code used to measure the effectiveness of our credit offers on third-party networks and to adjust our rates based on global demand.
03 Legal Framework (GDPR & ePrivacy)
Our policy is strictly aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679) and the ePrivacy directive. We apply the principles of 'Privacy by Design' and 'Privacy by Default'.
In accordance with CJEU case law, we do not place any non-essential cookies on your terminal without a clear and explicit positive act from you (Opt-in Consent). Your refusal to consent to marketing cookies will in no way affect your eligibility for our financing offers.
